I don't know the young man's name but one of your people helped us on 1/29 at 1pm with a AAA Long Tow from Stevensville, MD to Dover, DE (AAA Call ID 090802870.) It's the 3rd time he has helped us. I have to say he is a shinning example of professionalism and a superb reflection on your company. This young man truly understands the meaning of customer and commitment. This place is the best. Arrived for roadside assistance in great time. The driver would not leave us until our Uber arrived. Very friendly and welcoming customer service. Garage kept in contact with me. GREAT PRICES!. I RECOMMEND THEM A 10 OUT OF 10!!!

I just wanted to leave a really positive review for you. My wife needed a tow this morning due to a flat tire and you all were extremely quick and responsive. She was on the side of the road in a very dangerous spot and you showed up 20 minutes after my call. thank you very much

I had a 3:00 appointment for an alignment. I was on time and after giving a few details the car was in the shop right on time. It was about an hour and it was done. The price was fair, the service was prompt. I was overall pleased and satisfied with the service. I would not hesitate to come back or recommend Parks.

Not the way I wanted to spend our 20th a wedding anniversary but our truck was overheating so we called for a tow. Tyler arrived quick, was extremely friendly and polite. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you Tyler!!!
