The staff who work here are beyond kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and honest! It doesn’t hurt that they have the best greeter in the business… My buddy “Carl” is always there wagging his tail welcoming everyone who comes in to visit! *I strongly recommend Parks Tire & Auto for all your vehicles needs! 🐾❤️🐾👍👍

Bill Mossburg (Call # 101552), was a total professional who came on the scene after I called AAA Feb 17 2020. I'd had a complete radiator blowout and puttered the smoking vehicle to a parking lot, where Bill not only arrived early, but hooked it up and towed it, with me in the cab, for nearly an hour to my repair shop. Thanks Bill!

We had a need for their tow and emergency locked door services 2 times in about a month. They responded in only about 15 minutes both times. Were very efficient, and professional. So thankful to have such a great business in our area.

My car encounter trouble when returning from the beach--I live in Virginia. It was a Sunday. I randomly found Parks, left my car and hoped for the best. Well, my hopes were exceeded. Justin and staff= professional, honest, dedicated and best of all they talk so a laymen can understand. Plus, his fortitude in solving the puzzle of the breakdown saved me from having to junk my car. I do not mind spending money when i feel I am getting value--I definitely got value in this case.
