On Labor Day weekend, we were heading to Ocean City for the day. Just after crossing the bay bridge our van broke down. We called AAA and they promptly sent us a tow truck from Parks Tire and Auto Service. The tow truck driver was professional and so very nice. We had four adults and three children and they were able to provide a tow truck large enough for all of us! They were very honest about not having time to look at our van and offered to tow it back to Frederick for us. They assisted us in finding a rental and even drove us to the rental company to pick up the van we were able to rent. They brought our van back to Frederick for us. The service could have not been better. They went above and beyond in providing superior customer service! Many thanks to a great team that saved the day for us.
